Aftermarket warranty options - which is better?

I have been looking around for Aftermarket warranty for my 2008 X5 that has 39K miles on it right now.

BMW Northwest of Fife (about 25 miles from home) is offering 7 year/60 additional miles warranty for $4k. This is through MAP (Motorist Assistance Plan) and is the Premium plan.

BMW of Bellevue (about 3 miles from home) is offering 5 years/60K additional miles warranty for $4476 with $100 deductible. This is through NAC Pinnacle and is a comprehensive coverage.

Both of these cover towing and rental car coverage. Neither of these dealerships offered the Fidelity warranty coverage. That seems to be the preferred company on this forum. I'll call some dealership out of state and see if I can get that coverage.

I was wondering if any of you have had experience working with these plans/covering companies and if there was a recommendation on which is better? From a convenience perspective, BMW of Bellevue is much more convenient for me but it comes at higher premium.

Looking forward to hearing your thoughts.

Thanks
