Thanks for your advice
The cylinders which had misfire (5,6,8) had new coils fitted.
24 hours later there was codes for misfire of cylinder 6 and 8, which suggests the coils are not the problem
I notice that the misfire is all on one side of the v8 engine - I'm not sure if this is just a coincidence?
