not quite. cpo will cover the part itself but not the electrical side of things. If the part is defective, all will be covered. If its just programming, then I am SOL. I asked how the programming can go off all of a sudden and their reply was just like how a computer slows down over time, the electronics in this car also do too. What a POS.
oh, I noticed this issue after I got a new differential put in..coincidence they say..
