So I think you decided to move on but this is a no brainer...so someone attempted to defraud you on the title, states in the Bill of Sale cars has 11X,000 miles and then claims he doesnt check carfax? I wouldnt walk I'd RUN. Make sure he is not saying he'll
just take car back make sure every penny you have spent is also returned. I give him credit though IF he will erase this deal for you!
