Man Id take it back there and make them fix it.. Probably used a harsh cleaner. Or your seat was evenly dirty, and that is the clean original color.

I would try using a leather cleaner to clean it all evenly.

It happened to my acura then I sprayed a leather cleaner, and let it sit for a bit. So I had to put alot of elbow grease to make it even.
