Unfortunately, there aren't that many choices for staggered A/S anymore as you've found. I'm currently running those Kumho STX on the front, but are not very happy with them. I may just have to give up A/S on staggered and go back to a summer setup

The Kumho's do make an A/S that will fit the rear but I did some research and the tires don't seem to last long also with uneven wear. The Ventus come with a 60-k mileage warrt. I really don't expect the tires to last more than 45-k because you can't rotate them but the tire dealer assured me if they don't last 60k they prorate me a new pair....I'm sure the prorate figure is worthless.
So far tires are super quiet, they are also stock equipment now on the new Explorers....not sure if that is a good thing.
I live in the northeast and need A/S or I would have installed Michelin sports.
