Interesting. Perhaps this is an indication there's a problem with an air / vacuum leak? I don't want to derail your current troubleshooting effort on the fuel system (as the video showing the low pressure reading at the fuel rail is interesting) but I would think you wouldn't see a change in behavior between having the MAF connected or disconnected. Or maybe I'm misunderstanding your description of the behavior.
