^You have yet to picture whore your "new" set of wheels
I agree with J. about the offset and how it will look on the X. Some of us with OEM 20" wheels add about 20-25mm spacer to push the rear out flush for better look. Your rear would fit more flush without spacer.
Make sure you use some hub rings on them. E71 has different hub bores from E53.
