BIG +1.

I had a Westchester Co, NY Eurocar repair shop manager get pissed off at me because I pointed out his tech over-torqued my wheels with an impact gun and warped my rotors during a brake job. I had to jump up and down on a 2' breaker bar to break the wheel lugs loose. Never went back again.

In over 20 yrs of DIYing I've never had to deal with a stripped stud/bolt/oil pan plug, had to pay to fix over a dozen when I paid the "professionals" to do the work for me.
