Id say $9k or so - it looks like the only thing that hasn't been done is the timing chain guides - but having replaced the tranny youre in good shape. I've got 185k on mine and its being painted. Im going to see just how long it will go and then fix it and go some more.
Id rather spend some money every now and then than have a car payment. Keep it. Yes, Im biased.
