sometimes the image on the real oem is a generic image while the part number produces a correct part/device, that does not look like the image at all... i had ran into this with the connectors and pins - they would have an image and the ordered part (from the number associated with that image) did not look like that image iat all...

if you order that harness, ($81 from BMW of Fairfax), can you return it if it is a wrong part?
