Ricky Bobby will become famous soon enough
So from all the threads recently, we can be sure of 3 things:

1) Do this on your NON ORIGINAL windshield at your own risk, it will be tougher than if your windshield is original

2) Get the molding loose from the corner of the windshield and be careful not to pry against the glass unless you want to crack it

3) Lube up your install channel and the edge of the glass after its cleaned out and before you slide the new molding in, work it from one side to the other and use a putty knife or trim tool to push it into place completely

For 18 bucks I'll most likely buy the piece and take my time installing it over the next few months, I emailed Safelite yesterday and of course off the top of their head they aren't familiar with it and would like me to bring my X in to look at the windshield.

I think I'll have better luck myself.
