Not really a pick up line, but my buddy did this once cuz he thought it would be a good ice breaker. Needless to say, he didn't get the girl, but her expression was priceless. And it was quite hilarious to a bunch of drunk guys.

My Friend: Hi, How are you?
Girl: Good and yourself?
Friend: I'm feeling unbelievably great!
Girl: Oh? Why is that?
Friend: Because I just started taking Valtrex and it's completely curbed my genital herpes outbreak.

I like this one although I've never had the chance to use it, "What's a nice girl like you doing in a dirty mind like mine?" If anyone uses this one, let me know if it worked.
