Ditto what T5 said. It took multiple tries to get my Samsung SG2 paired. I gave up and went back the next day for one more try...and it paired. Keep trying using the instructions previously posted if you don't have INPA.

Just to be sure...you do have either the premium pkg or the BMW assist pkg, right?
