Belts, hoses, thermostat, all come off, and you have access to the tensioner pulleys and idler pulleys, so lots of "while you are in there" stuff.

Here's an important safety tip: don't wing an air blower nozzle around near the oil cooler. If you hit the cooler with the tip of the air nozzle, you'll be hating life. BTDT.

Remember, if you plan to keep the belts, mark their direction of travel so you reinstall in so the belts are moving in the same direction.

I bought a new pump when I did my replacement.
