As stated: there is a warranty on the car they will not honor.

BMW NA actually had to buy my previous car back from me - sold to me as a CPO but was frame damaged and totaled, bought at auction and washed. The X5 was the replace. BMW NA told me to contact them if I had any issues at all and they would make it right. Apparently not.
