The e70x5 has built in positive camber up front and there's no camber adjustment on the OE setup. I plan on getting the Eibach springs and hopefully that will get me some negative camber and put the front camber to a more neutral position.

I am glad you felt comfortable doing this but I don't know too many people which would ever recommend taking a tire which is designed to be an inside/outside tire and swapping them.
