And we have already checked the Crank Position Sensor beside the transmission housing? I would put the battery on a refresh charge just to be sure you have sufficient voltage on it. Anything in the 11v range is too low for the M62TU.

There is another ground cable under the car - I believe it is close to the starter on the passenger side.
