A few of us 'old' posters, (regardless of actual age), will recall the old RoadFly board/bored, where we would fly off on tangents, beat idiot posters to a verbal pulp, toss crap like caged chimps, etc.
It was circa 2002 or so, for a couple of years...
Back then, some of us would get sent to 'time out' by their no sense of humor moderators, sometimes deservedly so, sometimes not. If one even posted in a thread pizzing match, one might get 'sat down' for a day or a week, or...it was a fookin riot, and the other silver spoon BMW models forum gang hated us E53 gang.
The Mod that left this orig first post up, a friend here of many of us, was a master instigator of such hooliganism. He acquired the screen name of Persona Non Grata,

The post above would have elicited pages of taunts, cheap shots, F yous, and other witty posts. Ah, those were the days.
