Hopefully, you torqued the wheel lugs down properly (140Nm, 100 ft. lbs). Overtorquing can cause problems like you describe.

However, it may be that your thrust arm bushings are going bad. Do you feel any vibration w/o the brakes at around 55mph or higher? That's one sign of the bushings going bad.
