It's a 3rd party aftermarket warranty, covers engine and transmission repairs, but not the cooling system

. Will do some more looking today. Seems to only 'leak' after a run on the highway, so I'm wondering if the guy's right about the 'stat. Highway wind would keep the engine cool, but since the stat is electric, not temperature actuated, is it possible that it's not opening when I'm hitting the gas, causing coolant to back up into the bottle, which then overflows?
