Hydrographics seem to be very durable. I watched a durability video when I was looking into it. Unfortunately, they didn't compare it to other options, powder coating as an example.

Last time I checked the price of doing wheels it was more than twice as much as powder coating. That was about a year ago, I would think it has or will be coming down in price as it is more readily available. I see some of shops that do powder coating have added hydrographics as an additional offering.
