something like this... ebay is full of these type of power supplies - you need to find mini-USB for the HDMI converter... they have micro- USB, regular USB, female USB, just plain wires... about $3-4 a piece... 5V, 3A... for my phone i will built a custom regulated supply at 5V, 8A, since the 3A (15W) supply is not enough...
right now my setup is fed through regular wall warts but once i zip everything up, i will hardwire those ebay units... i am still doing fine tuning...
i am looking into that MimixsX2 unit for the touch screen overlay - the unit itself is cool but the seller is not... i am trying to see if there is an alternative on the market...
