ArmyX5 is on a distinguished road
Term,

I was reading about the Apple TV and how I could supply it with power. I found an article that talks about connecting a DC/DC Converter 12V Step Down to 5V 3A Power Supply, since the required power for the motherboard is 3.4V @ 1.75A.

Apple TV 2nd Generation Teardown - iFixit

On Step 13, it says "The sticker on the power supply has this rating: 3.4V @ 1.75A, that's just 5.95 watts!"

Do you think that I can use one of this, Amazon.com : KEEDOX® DC/DC Converter 12V Step Down to 5V 3A Power Supply Module : Electronics, and still be good?
