After googling, BMW Individual basically mean a BMW authorized Pimp my ride. I am assuming this is a Level 2 job because of the paint color and Anthracite headliner. Level 1 allows the user to put leather pretty much everywhere, even on the trim. Since this is noted at having "Fine wood trim" the only custom changes were the Paint code and headliner.

Where did you get this X? Didn't you say you imported it from the US? BMW Individual wasn't and isn't an option here, unless someone bought it in the EU, and then just picked it up at the Spartanburg plant.
