that particular VIN is for the gulf countries, so, i would say some rich oil sheikh (or his nephew!) bought it, just because he could afford it... the Individual can consist of person's monogram, his personal choice of colors and whole plethora of things... this particular series seems to be a limited edition "mass-produced" persian gulf cars...
