You have new bags on all four corners?

Is it possible the ride height links are possibly frozen and/or swapped? Although if you had a problem with the sensor linkage you almost certainly would have the error glaring at you intermittently.

I would plug in to DIS and see what errors you have thrown since installing the new pump, if any. My only intermittent error I had since replacing my pump, was due to a ride height deviation error (one corner was 1/2" higher than the other corner, the system gives a deviation allowment of I believe 3/8")
