Hi Kodomokid, any update on the gearbox issue?

I am having the same fault code:
EGS - 4F85 EGS: Ratio monitoring, clutch E - Plausibility - Fault currently not present - Fault would not cause warning
- ratio monitoring B2460_GSUEBWA

My car has 79K kms (not miles), it seems the slip happens when shifting down to 2nd from 3rd when accelerating. When in manual mode, it works ok, only a little clunk. The slip does not always happen, when it happen, it comes with weird sound before having warning signal in cluster and it appears hesitation. If I release gas pedal when I hear the weird sound and press it again, it works fine to shift down. If I keep pressing gas pedal when I hear the weird sound, it throw code and warning signal to cluster and goes into safe mode.
