On my E53 4.8 :
Close your moonroof fully (close sunshade also). Hit the moonroof button once
upwards. Does your sunshade split in half like this? Moonroof goes in tilt position while sunshade splits.
I'm asking this cause I never noticed before and on my wife's E70 , the sunshade doesn't split in half with this function , it only opens from the front a few inches.
