Well do you want to go cheap or go oem?
You can retrofit the rear heated seats as they are pre wired and the switches are under the seats. You just need the switch pieces for the rear console and the heated rear bench and backrest from a 4.6/4.8.
Or you could just plug a big heated blanket in the cgi lighter in the backseat for the kids and save the hassle
