Misfires on start up can be caused my an intermediate lever problem in the valvetronic system. Very expensive repair.
I have this problem with mine. Usually (if it's not too cold outside) a simple restart of the engine will solve the problem. When it's extremely cold outside I have to keep the RPM's around 2k for 60 seconds or so after starting and it prevents the misfire.
Also, the crankcase vent valves being faulty can cause this. They are a very cheap fix. 15 bucks or so a piece (there are 2, one in each valve cover) from ECS.
