Timing Guide Rail for M62TU

Hey Guys,

I'm trying to gather a list to do for my Spring maintenance and would like to look into changing the Timing Guide Rail (known failure point on V8) and would like to know what involve. I found the part on ECS. Is this the only part that need to be replaced? I'll do CCV, Valve Covers, Cooling Hoses, Expansion Tank and the Heater Hoses sometime in late March or early April. Thank you very much and have a nice day.
