I have also seen the dipstick tube drain pipe clogged where the lower ccv hose connects to it. Have to remove the dipstick and heat with torch to clean the small drain passages.
I also completely stay away from aftermarket or "oem" valves. Dealer only IMO. Its not worth the risk. Plus you get 2 years warranty on parts and labor even if you install it.
