My M3, however, only has 18k miles on it, and would likely hold up to the added power much more reliably. It would also be MUCH faster than the X5.

I do really like my X5, but I'm also not jaded about what it is/is not. It's an old car with lots of miles that I bought to use as a winter beater. I just get a little frustrated with it when I have to work on it so much...
Makes sense.

Depending on how far we raced I would not be so sure the M3 would be MUCH faster, ya gotta be able to put it all on the ground.

I was concerned that I had over 100,000 miles when I installed it so I only went with 150 shot and methanol injection on top of the Dinan based 369 HP I already had on my daily driver. Next step is fill the extra hole in my console so I can relive more back pressure and have the capability to have some adjustment to HP and torque output.
