Yes. I did. The wiring is all in place. You'll need heated seats and a center console switch which has all your current buttons plus the heated seat buttons.

If you're up for a road trip to Indiana, I got mine from a junkyard in South Bend. Their name is Veldman's Auto Parts and they post on ebay. They're very cheap and you can save shipping charges if you pick up and pay by cc (plus it saves them ebay fees). With tax I was out the door for $267.50 for 2 seats and the switch. There was a discount since one seat they didn't have position switch and cladding which I swapped over from my car which was no big deal. They also forgot to pull the center console switch so they threw it in for free after I got a ride to the yard and pulled it. It's a huge operation but they really treated me well so I was impressed and would recommend them. Since I broke an internal seat wire this year in my seats I will probably be buying from them in the near future again. It looks like their seats are going for $150-$200 each now on ebay which I think is still very cheap for upgrading to seat heat.
