On the plus side vehicles that have spent their life in warm climates have no rust and have not be exposed to extreme cold. On the other side of the coin, if the leather and vinyl are not treated often enough they will break down faster in a very warm climate. I wouldn't purchase an X that comes from a cold climate especially where they salt the roads.

Perhaps you can negotiate with the seller to install the heated seats and steering wheel as part of the asking price.
