The sport package on 3.0 always came with 18" wheels, yours are style 131's Riggo.

My sport package came equipped with Style 69 on pre-facelift.

19" wheels were an option even if you equipped with sport package as far as I know from other setups. The only time I believe that 19" wheels MIGHT have been equipped standard with sport package is in the 4.4 models, as I seem to see them with the Style 63 and the Style 132's the most. Qsilver please correct me if i'm wrong.

Yes Riggo the 19" (132's look best on your facelift) are 9" wide in front and 10" wide in rear, and utilize 255/50/19 F and 285/45/19 Rear.

Be aware though, you have EXTREMELY limited tire choices in those staggered tires, believe me I looked.

Which is what led me to skip the 19" setup and go straight to the OEM staggered 20" sizes in the 168's I selected, believe it or not depending on brand the tires for the 20's are cheaper since they are more popular sizes.

You live in Atlanta, why not just get a set of Style 87 or Style 168 with some nice summer tires? 20's would look proper and belong on a sporty, manual E53 like yours!
