Aside from mentioning the year & version of your car, you don't mention mileage nor any notable (or lack thereof) maintenance or repairs. Were the water pump, valley pan gasket, coolant tube, alternator or other items replaced? Any pro-active servicing (transmission fluid even if "lifetime")? It's insurance and insurance is a risk / benefit / cost calculation.
