I dared the all season option, running a Continental DWS Extreme Contact non staggered set, on style 214 Y spoke 20" rims (275/40/20 to be exact).

It seemed to be going fine, until I hit a massive pothole (Toronto is pretty bad these days), and now I'm out of 2 tires (the rims are mostly undamaged, luckily - just some scuffs).

Slapped back my trusty 18" star spoke 210, with Michelin Latitude Alpin winter tires, and realized this was the right way to do it, all along. The handling is better, and the high profile is a much better match for the endless potholes.
