went to add some oil yesterday and saw this on my cap. Is this frothing condensation due to all the crazy temperature swings we've had in charleston lately?

engine runs too good and isnt using coolant or getting hot. never seen this before is all and I dont like when I see things that arent normal.

is this a symptom of something else that might possibly be about to fail? crank case vent?
