How An Explorer And Craigslist Sent Me To Superior Court.
Hey Bianca98,

Great read & Thanks.. Geeze makes me want to triple check everything I'm doing with my Attorney friends.

This dealer did exactly that Consumer Fraud. Misrepresented the car. Now I don't want to give it back. I've learned to accept it. But I believe there is some money owed to me.

I hope it doesn't get sent to Superior court and this just ends quick. But if it does have to go. So be it

When I was recently in the court room to meet the lawyer & Dealer owner. They didn't want to mediate at all. They requested straight to court. To Set a date. I'm fine with that. I'm a bit nervous
But the weekend before, I'm gonna do a mock trial with my friend and practice what I need to say in front of a judge. Even typing this up i get nervous having to address the judge! I just need to soothen my nerves a bit... Being a grownup isn't that fun! This is certainly not as easy as driving a car.. I just gotta make it feel that way before I get in.
