Vehicles with oil dipsticks are very helpful
Compared to the newer engine (with just an oil level sensor)

As long as no msg check engine oil level, I think you are fine with 8L ( it does not hurt to re-check in a week) and carry 1-2 bottles engine oil with you

Unless you want to drain again and measure what you already have in the vehicle for peace if mind.

Correct me if I'm wrong, the oil level warning will trigger if the vehicle lost 2qts and the equivalent in liters...
