Uh, unless you are placing your car on a physical fulcrum, where you roll the car as the wheels sit on a scale will have NO IMPACT on this measurement. (assuming the scale is accurate no matter where it is loaded.)

The weight on each wheel is unchanged based on how you move an imaginary line about on the concrete! If the scale is accurate no mater where you load it, you get one number.

Actually, the most accurate method is to place the thing you are measuring in the middle of the scale plate, but keep the other axle off the scale....
