If the coilovers change the angle of the suspension to the tire your alignment specs will change. They may or may not be out of spec.

If one of your goals is to lower your X that will increase positive camber which means the inside of the tires will wear more than they were. How much depends on how much you lower the vehicle. It is possible to lower the vehicle to a point that the maximum positive camber specs can not be attained.
