To answer the rubbing question, we would need to know the wheel width and offset. With the correct wheel, it would be fine. There is some member with 315/35/20 all-round.
You're doing it backward. You don't just get tires because they are a very good deal. Then go search for wheels which: 1. Have to fit the car and 2. Have to be the correct size for the tires you already have. Wheels are harder to find one that fit properly since there would be 4 factors to determine if they fit, and they have to be the style you like.
I would find the wheel first and pass on those tires
