Fuel trim 1 at 7% is a bit much for 2300 rpm. Isn it pretty much telling up there is not enough fuel and the computer is increasing it.

Clogged injectors, bad fuel filter, bad fpr, bad gas would be my areas to look at. Can you check the fuel pressure? Inpa can read it.
