Just to close out on this thread, I ran out of time last weekend and on Tuesday sent an email to the SA to get the info I wanted. They countered with an offer to fix it at a fraction of the original quote and I agreed. So, I guess that experience is one yet to come. There is an SIB on it, I have yet to read what is in it. We needed to get it fixed and I had a busy week with another coming up.
