yes, follow those general directions with the burning softwares, slowest speed and whatever format is recommended...
if, on the other hand, your local dealer has the OS disk, you could skip all the hassle - ask the dealer for the Nav Upgrade OS disk (about $10-15 for a disk)... chances are, that the dealer does not have one on the shelves, and even if he does, the parts guy will try to sell you MAPS for $200, as they have no idea what they have in their warehouse... The part number for the disk was floating somewhere here...
