Playing catch up with the maintenance items, tackle them one at time (or hard core/OCD version) - various Fluids and Filters

For the items you ask (if they will fail or set to change at 100k), it's up to you.

The magic crystal ball (to predict when a specific part will fail) - is not existing... Even if you do regular inspection, a part can start to fail slowly or fail eventually the next day (e.g. door carrier, expansion tank, gaskets, ball joints, bushings)

It is a give and take what will you consider a maintenance item, preventive maintenance or wait for it to fail (then remove and replace as it goes)
