Pretty good list. I think your attention to maintenance, and checking things regularly (not just replacing components) has paid off for you. Also, your driving cycle doesn't just benefit your CCV but also other components which need to get hot and work a little and not just idle around town, to last their design life.

Couple of comments:

1) You appear to have annual mileage around 20,000 or so. Some of the items you have listed depend more on age than mileage, so while the intervals work for you other posters may want to adjust them to similar age intervals. Examples would be cooling system components, and brake fluid flush. Are you doing your coolant more often than 150,000 miles? I use four years, myself.

2) Engine air filter and cabin air filter?

3) Battery?

4) Water pump?
